HOW TO SIGN UP
Complete the Form in FACTS Family Portal
Login to your account and visit your Web Forms section. Click the òòò½Íø School Programs and Clubs Sign Up Forms and select the form titled òòò½Íø Stay & Play and Extended Day Program to sign up. If you need to opt-out of the Stay & Play or Extended Day Program at any point, please revisit the form and deselect enrollment.
Note: Enrollment in Extended Day or Stay & Play does not roll over from the previous year. Both new and returning families need to sign up for after school programs through FACTS at the beginning of every academic year.
About òòò½Íø Stay & Play
HOURS: Monday-Thursday from 3:00-4:15pm and Friday from 1:00-4:15pm
òòò½Íø Stay & Play in the òòò½Íø Library Den is an after-school enrichment program, whose mission is to provide students with creative and engaging learning opportunities while facilitating social connection.
The òòò½Íø Stay & Play enrichment program is offered to students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. The program will run Monday through Thursday from 3:00-4:15pm, and Friday from 1:00-4:15pm.
About òòò½Íø Extended Day
HOURS: Monday-Friday from 4:15-6:00pm
òòò½Íø Extended Day immediately follows the Stay & Play program and lasts from 4:15-6:00pm. Extended Day offers the opportunity for K-8th Grade students to complete homework, socialize with friends, or just enjoy free time with activities such as games, arts and crafts, or their own devices.
After school Program Fees

• Stay & Play - $50 annual registration fee prior to August 31, $60 after September 1

Registration is monthly and will automatically continue until you withdraw from the program.
• Stay & Play - $190/month
• Stay & Play (Friday Only) - $50/month• Stay & Play and Extended Day - $315/month
• Stay & Play and Extended Day (Friday Only) - $100/month -
• Stay & Play - $25 after 10 minute grace period
• Extended Day - $25 after 10 minute grace period, $25 each 30 minutes thereafter

Meet the Director
CHRISTEN BROWN, òòò½Íø School Librarian and Director of Enrichment Programs, received her Bachelor of Arts in international studies and cultural anthropology from Hanover College, where she also completed the Business Scholars Program and attended as a choral scholar. She has a Masters in Library and Information Science specializing in youth services and school media and technology from the School of Informatics and Computing at Indiana University Purdue University, as well as a graduate certificate in non-profit management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
She has worked in public, academic, and school libraries in varying capacities, and has over a decade of experience working with children and families.
